What System Franchise Does
A franchise or multi-site network depends on the same things being done well at every location. System Franchise gives franchisors one platform for the day-to-day work that supports this: training people, checking standards, sharing information, assigning tasks and following up on what was agreed.
It is a technology platform, not a substitute for the franchise system itself. It is most useful when a network has, or is building, clear operations manuals, support structures and a franchise strategy. The franchisor remains responsible for how the network is run; the platform helps that work happen more consistently and with better visibility.

- assist with rollout to your sites;
- provide local support in South Africa.
The software licence covers use of the platform. Franchise Assist’s franchise consulting services are separate and are not included in the licence.

Pricing and Terms
- Head Office users are free.
- One-year minimum term.
- Licence fees are billed quarterly in advance by System Franchise in New Zealand.
Onboarding and implementation are separate. They are not included in the licence fee and are quoted separately for each client, based on the network’s requirements.

Setup and onboarding
The platform is set up for your network, including sites, users and content such as training material, audits and documents.
Rollout and training
The platform is rolled out to your sites, and head office and site users are shown how to use it.
Ongoing use and local support
Once the network is using the platform, Franchise Assist provides local support in South Africa.
Onboarding requirements differ from one network to another, which is why onboarding and implementation are quoted separately for each client.
Technology and Franchise Consulting Together
Software is only one part of running a franchise network. A platform can deliver training, audits and communication, but it relies on the systems, standards and support structures behind it. I have written more about the difference between having processes and having a franchise management system.
Where needed, Franchise Assist can assist separately with franchise network support, operational systems and manuals, support structures, franchise strategy and part-time Head of Franchising support. These are separate consulting services, scoped and quoted independently of the System Franchise licence.
